The protection of resources and the safety visitors are two essential elements in sustainability any tourism destination. Sangkulirang-Mangkalihat karst has potential to be developed as a UNESCO Global Geopark based on diversity unique nature its geological heritage. Proper management efforts should carefully planned ensure geosite. Intact natural conditions can hazard and, conversely, presence interfere with preservation sensitive area. Physical, biological, human activities that may endanger identified limiting number received by each geosite also considered.
